01Scope
This policy applies to every customer, reseller and end user of Cloudial voice, messaging, AI agent and API services, and forms part of any service agreement with Prodia Systems Limited.
02Prohibited traffic
- Unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, threatening or deceptive communications.
- Artificial inflation of traffic, dial-through fraud, traffic pumping, robocalling and automated nuisance dialling.
- Caller-line-identity spoofing or misrepresentation of the origin of a call or message.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging that does not meet consent and opt-out requirements in the destination market.
03Numbering and regulatory compliance
Numbers must be used consistently with the rules of their national numbering plan, including any residency, presence or geographic-use requirements. Customers are responsible for emergency-calling registration information being accurate and current for each user location.
04AI agents and recording
- AI voice and messaging agents must not be presented as a human where local law requires disclosure.
- Recording, transcription and analysis must comply with notification and consent requirements in every jurisdiction involved.
- Agents must not be used to make decisions or statements the customer is not authorised to make.
05Platform integrity
- No attempt to bypass tenant isolation, policy boundaries or rate limits.
- No penetration testing without prior written authorisation.
- No resale or sublicensing of capacity outside an agreed reseller arrangement.
06Enforcement
We may throttle, suspend or terminate traffic that breaches this policy or presents a fraud, regulatory or network-integrity risk. Where practicable we give notice first; where the risk is immediate we act first and notify afterwards.
07Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse of the platform to contact@prodiasystems.com.
