The Cloudial platform, its architecture, source code, interfaces, documentation, brand system, illustrations and written content are the intellectual property of Prodia Systems Limited or its licensors, and are protected by copyright, database, trademark and other applicable rights.

Nothing on this website grants any licence to Cloudial intellectual property. Rights to use the platform arise only under a signed agreement, and only to the extent that agreement states.

Cloudial is built on open SIP and standard telecom interfaces and incorporates third-party open-source components. Those components remain subject to their own licences, which we honour. Use of open standards does not place Cloudial's own implementation in the public domain.

If you send us suggestions or feedback about Cloudial, we may use them without restriction or obligation, without acquiring rights in any confidential information you separately disclose under agreement.
