• Details you submit in the demo or contact form: name, company, work email, optional phone number, team size, use case and message.
• Correspondence you send us by email or telephone, and the records needed to respond.
• Limited technical data generated when you visit the site, such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages requested.

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a demonstration.
• To evaluate and progress a potential commercial relationship.
• To keep the site secure, available and functioning correctly.
• To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.

We rely on legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries and operating the site securely), steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, consent where we ask for it, and legal obligation where retention is required by law.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host, secure or support this site and our correspondence, each acting on our instructions, and with professional advisers or authorities where legally required.

Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses with appropriate supplementary measures.

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then for the period required for legal and accounting purposes. Records with no continuing purpose are deleted.

We apply access control, encryption in transit and least-privilege practices to enquiry data. Please do not include commercially or personally sensitive material in an initial enquiry.
